Replacement devices provided for phones or tablets that have been lost or stolen. The replacement device is provided at the then current wholesale cost of the make and model and capacity of the lost or stolen device plus 10%.
Discounts on other devices you own that are not registered on the membership program. Provided you have at least one device registered and active on the membership program.

Limits and Additional Information
The LifeSaver membership club is not an insurance product. LifeSaver is an in-house warranty program that provides many benefits to its members, including discounts on repairs.
LifeSaver Computer Club is a warranty program for software related computer repairs and also provides members a 25% discount all hardware repairs.
If your device make or model is not listed below, we do not currently offer the warranty for your device. Please check back as we are adding more devices frequently.
Our Duties
When you request a repair
We will repair the phone, tablet or computer enrolled in the membership club to the best of our abilities per the guidelines of the membership club.
We will do our best to repair your device in a timely manner. In many cases (but not all) that is within the same day you deliver the device to us.
As it relates to the phone and tablet club, there is no limit to the amount of parts we will replace during any given occurrence assuming the device is repairable by us.
LifeLine Repairs warranties on repairs are also extended to all LifeSaver member repairs.
Your Duties
You are responsible for correctly identifying your device at the time of registration.
During initial registration you are required and solely responsible for confirming that the device serial number is entered and entered correctly for the device you wish to register. In most cases you can find your device serial number under the “settings” or the “about” section on your device. We will not honor repair requests under the membership program for devices that are not registered on the LifeSaver system or that do not have a serial number listed.
After registering in store or online, you will receive an email from us that will require your attention in order to complete your LifeSaver portal set up. You will need to set up a login and password for your portal access.
You are responsible for maintaining your account information for accuracy. For example: address, email, phone number and current billing method.
You are responsible for maintaining current billing method. If for any reason your credit card or debit card on file is declined and you do not take the needed steps to correct the payment issue(s), your membership may be terminated or suspended. If you request a repair while your account is terminated or suspended, you will not receive the membership pricing.
You are responsible for visiting the nearest LifeLine store any time you would like to transfer your membership to another device. You must register the new device serial number.
Cancellation
All online LifeSaver memberships are for an initial term of twelve months. After the initial twelve months you can cancel your account at any time.
You may cancel your account by contacting your local store.
All membership accounts automatically renew on the anniversary of their initial registration date.
If you are subscribed to the monthly membership club and you have already paid for the month you are currently canceling in, we will not issue a refund for the remainder of the month. We will also not honor any repair request under the LifeSaver membership club after your account is canceled.
If you are subscribed to the annual membership club and you terminate prior to the end of your term, we will not issue a refund for the remainder of the year. We will also not honor any repair request under the LifeSaver membership club after your account is terminated.
Terms and conditions can be changed or modified at any time without notice.
Backup of Software and Data
Most repairs normally do not affect software and data; however, we always recommend that you complete a software and data backup prior to having your device repaired. We are not responsible for any lost software or data.
Password(s) and Access
In most cases we will require your device password in order to complete the requested repair and properly check your device.
If your device does not power on when you come in for repair, we will not be able to validate your account until the repair is complete. Assuming the repair is successful and we confirm that your serial number is either not listed or your membership is not active, you will be required to pay the standard retail price for the completed repair.
You must provide your password or grant access to your device so that the serial number can be matched with the serial number listed on your membership. If you are unable or unwilling to do so the membership pricing will not be available
Membership Options and Flat Fee Repair Pricing
There are (2) LifeSaver membership payment options, however all online registration are for an initial term of twelve months.
Monthly = $6.95 per month
Annual = $83.40
All LifeSaver memberships automatically renew on the anniversary of inception. If the membership was originally activated as an annual membership, that membership will renew as annual.
